Good prospects for new living

At the eastern entrance to Erfurt’s city centre, the Thüringer Zeitung had its home at Juri-Gagarin-Ring 113 for 25 years. After another 25 years of vacancy, the building project provides for the refurbishment of the existing high-rise and intermediate building as well as a new building with underground parking in place of the current print shop building. There will be 1- to 3-room flats on the top floors with a panoramic view over the historic city centre and the cathedral.
