Varied quarter on the outskirts of Munich

On the site, which was previously used for agriculture, a mixed-use quarter comprising retail and office space, restaurants, a hotel and residential units, as well as a daycare center, is being developed in close cooperation with the municipality on a total of five construction sites. The municipality is planning a mix of privately financed and subsidized housing units. Different apartment sizes and layouts ensure a balanced mix. Small commercial units ensure that the residents are supplied with everyday goods within walking distance.
