Welcome to GREENVILLE, the unique quarter for comfortable living, relaxed life and productive work, located directly on the idyllic Alter Flugplatz nature reserve in Karlsruhe’s Nordstadt district.

The former US Army Base Area C is being transformed into a modern, sustainable urban district that will make a significant contribution to the development of Karlsruhe.

The quarter stretches between the Merkur Akademie and the DHBW Karlsruhe Cooperative State University in the north and is being extensively revitalized to create space for around 700 apartments. Our aim is to create sustainable living space as well as a comprehensive infrastructure with a supermarket, daycare center and additional office space – a place where everyday life is covered in all its facets.

Particular emphasis is being placed on sustainability and innovative concepts that will make the district a pioneer in environmental protection. From energy-efficient buildings to green open spaces – Greenville will not just be a place to live, but a place to feel good and actively shape the future.
