Whether new or old building – the four construction and craft companies of CG Elementum are the pride of our company, because they have the appropriate professional competences for every building. Especially in the renovation of old buildings and monuments, a lot of experience and detailed knowledge is necessary, because often it only becomes apparent on the construction site that some things have to be worked on differently than planned.
CG Construction is our in-house general contractor with over 70 employees, including senior site managers, site supervisors and foremen, who manage our construction sites with great experience. All commercial employees of CG Shell Construction, CG Finishing and CG Building Services are skilled craftsmen with in-depth expertise in even the most complex construction projects.
Our concentrated in-house construction expertise ensures reliability and short coordination paths in the realization of our construction projects. This in turn leads to greater flexibility, a very effective exchange of experience and ultimately high quality.
In the future, CG Elementum’s entire service area of crafts and trades will be united in the new innovation center being built in Leipzig’s Mansfeld Hallen. The topic of prefabrication will play an increasingly important role here.
The aim of the Innovation Center is to bring together our two strong corporate pillars – tradition and innovation – in one place and in a kind of think tank to enable an open exchange of experience and thus equip ourselves optimally for the future.
